The Health Facilities Regulatory Agency (HeFRA), in its quest to honor its statutory mandate to license and regulate all private and public health facilities in the country as mandated by ACT 829, is to ensure all facilities in Ghana are in good standing as Healthcare Providers.
The Health Facilities Regulatory Agency (HeFRA) in collaboration with the Society Of Private Medical and Dental Practitioners, Allied Health Professional Council, Ophalmologist Association of Ghana and all other health professional regulators are inviting you, the Practitioner in charge, Owner or the Administrator of any unregistered health facility for a mass registration exercise to be held at the Ghana Medical Association (GMA) Auditorium, Korle-bu on Thursday, 12th March, 2020 at 8:00am.
Your facility is required to take part in the registration exercise in order to be in good standing with the law.
Kindly come along with copies of the under-listed documents and a registration Fee of GHs1000.00 to start the process:
- Educational Certificate and PINs of your professionals or any receipts to show you have started the process
- Registrar General Document’s (If Applicable)
- Waste disposal plan
- Introductory letter from your bankers
- Fire Certificate (Can be submitted later)
- Certificate of Environmental Protection Agency (can be submitted later )
