The Minister for Health, Honorable Kwaku Agyemang- Manu MP paid a working visit to the Health Facilities Regulatory Agency (HeFRA) on Friday, 5th November 2018. The purpose of the visit was for him to familiarize himself with activities of the Agency and interact with staff and Management.
The minister was received by the Board chairman, Nana Otuo Acheampong, the Ag. Registrar, Mr. Matthew Kyeremeh as well as Management and staff of the Agency.
Nana Otuo Acheampong was grateful to the minister for visiting HeFRA and elaborated on some of our achievements so far.

The Ag. Registrar Mr. Matthew Kyeremeh, also commended the Minister for the visit. He disclosed some challenges that the Agency is facing and appealed to the Minister for support particularly in the areas of infrastructure and logistics.
On his part, Hon. Agyemang-Manu commended the staff and management of HeFRA for doing their best under the circumstances, and encouraged them to keep up the standards. He also pledged his support for the Agency.
The meeting was very much appreciated and the Agency is positive that with assistance from the Ministry of Health, quality standards and safe health care delivery would be ensured in all our health facilities through effective regulation.
