Following the arrest of Dr, Frederick Mac-Palma, the CEO and Practitioner-in-charge of Citadel Hospital, Alajo, Accra, upon the alleged manufacturing of weapons and attempting to destabilize the country and the health safety of the general public, the facility is hereby declared by Health Facilities Regulatory Agency(HeFRA) closed with immediate effect.
