GUIDELINES ON CASHLESS PAYMENT SYSTEM

Pursuant to the Government of Ghana plan to make payments for all government services cashless, the Governing Board of HeFRA has directed that all payments to the Agency should be made cashless.

For this reason, we entreat all our cherished clients/facilities to adhere to the following payment guidelines:

  1. Clients making cheque payments directly in our offices are advised to write the full name of the Agency at the “pay column”. Pay: Health Facilities Regulatory Agency
  2. Payments can also be made directly into HeFRA’s Bank Accounts with Republic Bank and Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) as follows:

  3. Kindly write the name of the facility making the payment at the “Source of fund” column on the pay-in-slip for Republic bank payments and at the “Pay-in-by” column for ADB Clients are to submit their pay-in-slips to our offices which are not affected by the Presidential restriction during the “lockdown” period for confirmation and official receipt would be made available for pick up as soon as practicable. For our regional offices which are not affected by the Presidential restriction during the “lockdown” period, official receipts would be made available for pick up as soon as practicable.
  4. Client/Facilities can make payments through the HeFRA MTN Mobile Money account number: 0243-533-622 (The name of the facility should be indicated at the REFERENCE column, E.g. Reference: HeFRA Hospital. Copy of the screenshot text message or reference name should be provided for payment confirmation and official receipt would be made available for pick up as soon as practicable. For our regional offices which are not affected by the Presidential restriction during the “lockdown” period, official receipts would be made available for pick up as soon as practicable after the submission of screenshot text message or reference name.

NB: Always make sure you submit a proof of payment (pay-in-slip & references) via WhatsApp to WhatsApp number 0244-659-815 for payment confirmation and official receipt would be made available for pick up as soon as practicable. We want to emphasize the point that henceforth NO CASH will be accepted in our offices for payment.
